This scholarship is for individuals ages 13 years and older residing in the United States, the District of Columbia, and territories and possessions of the United States. To apply, applicants must create a video of no more than 90 seconds in length that answers one of four given questions related to patented inventions. Applicants between the ages of 13 and 18 must be enrolled full-time in an accredited secondary, college level, or trade school. Applicants who are home schooled are also eligible to participate.
