Sterling Charles Lytle (10/2/1986-7/3/2012) was an exceptional Firefighter and EMT for the Nogales Fire Department, Volunteer Training Captain for the Helmet Peak Fire Department, and a dedicated and passionate instructor in the Pima Community College EMT program. Sadly, he died at the age of 25 on July 3, 2012. He devoted his life to public service. His career and passion are honored through the Sterling Charles Lytle Memorial Scholarship for students enrolled in PCC's Emergency Medical Technician (EMT/EMS) and/or Fire Science programs. Deadline for Fall 2014 is August 15, 2014.
