Wholesale Halloween Costumes Scholarship

Scholarship is open to students enrolled at an accredited two or four year college or vocational school within the United States and be a legal residents of the United States or hold a valid student visa. Applicant must carve a pumpkin and submit photos of the progression of the carving.
