Applicant must plan to enroll or be a student who is already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate field of study in medicine, engineering, technology, nutrition or another health-related field at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year. Applicant must live in a Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) district (look-up available at website).
