Negative Population Growth Photography Scholarship Contest

Scholarship is open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. Applicant must submit an original photo that shows how population growth is negatively impacting your community.

Award: Up to $1,500
