I Have a Dream Scholarship
Applicant must be 13 years of age or older, be a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be currently enrolled (or enroll no later than the fall of 2023) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education. Applicant must submit a short essay (250 words or less) about a dream.
