AFA Teens for Alzheimer’s Awareness College Scholarship

Scholarship is open to high school seniors who will be entering an accredited four-year college or university within 12 months of the deadline. Applicant must submit an essay on a topic related to Alzheimer’s disease.

Award: Up to $5,000
