$2,000 CaptainU Student-Athlete Scholarship

The $2,000 CaptainU Student-Athlete Scholarship is open to all student-athletes (Freshmen – Seniors + Junior College) who plan to attend a 4 year college.

Requirements:

• Students must be currently enrolled in high-school or junior college.

• Students must be planning to attend a four year university .

• Students must complete a free CaptainU Profile by filling out the form on the website.

Selection of Scholarship Recipients
One student will be selected each quarter. Your application will be judged on:
1) profile completeness;
2) recruiting activity on CaptainU &
3) promotion of CaptainU.

They will announce the winner on their Facebook fan page. One entry per person. The winner will be selected on September 30, 2013

5 things the Top Applicants Will Do:

1. Fill out your athlete profile as completely as possible. This improves your scholarship chances and will     
 help you get discovered by college coaches looking for the next athletes to join their teams.

2. Add 5 or more colleges to your college list.

3. Add 2 upcoming events to your events tab - this can be a game, camp or tournament you are playing in.

4. Like the CaptainU page so you can receive scholarship updates.

5. Post a Facebook status update about how CaptainU is helping your college recruiting.

Castle Ink Paperless Scholarship 2013 - $1000

The goal of this award is to promote awareness around the importance of recycling. 

The scholarship is open to US residents who are college bound, who will begin college in 2013 or 2014, as well as any student currently enrolled in any accredited institution.

The application deadline for this scholarship is July 1, 2013. Award: $1000

To apply, use social media to post something about recycling and/or how you reduce, reuse and recycle. Post something inspirational about recycling on YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Tumblr, or Facebook and be sure to use the hashtag #CastleInk. They we'll probably be able to find your post, linking to www.CastleInk.com from your video or post will help them find your entry more easily. It is that simple.

One winner will be picked at random from among the entries on 7/1/13. The more times you post something, the greater your chances of winning. Good luck!
