Applicant must be a legally blind student who is a graduating high school senior enrolling in higher education in the fall, or a current undergraduate, graduate or vocational student.

American Council of the Blind (ACB)
This scholarship is for legally blind students who are vocational students, entering freshmen, undergraduate students, graduate students, or full-time employees (32 hours or more per week who are attending college part-time). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must maintain a 3.3 GPA and be involved in their school/local community.
