This scholarship is for professional dancers' academic or retraining process or to help them with start-up money for a new business. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must complete an application form and provide documentation of a performing work history. Applicants must have a performing dance career of seven or more years, 100 weeks or more of paid dance employment in the United States within a career-span of seven or more years, and have earned a total gross of a minimum of $56,000 throughout those seven years.
