Collegiate Inventors Competition

Competition is open to students enrolled as full-time students in any U.S. college or university for at least part of the 12 months prior to entry. Contestants can enter as an individual or a team. Contestants must submit an original idea or work product.

Collegiate Inventors Competition

Since 1990, the Collegiate Inventors Competition has recognized and rewarded undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postdoctoral and research fellows who are committed to research, discovery, invention and innovation. They also celebrate the working relationship between these students and their advisors. Their program encourages entries from all fields of study, because they recognize that the inventive spirit can emerge from any course, any university and any student.
