Hark's Scholarship - $1000

This scholarship is for currently enrolled high school seniors and undergraduate students. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be US citizens or permanent residents. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must choose and answer one of three given questions in 500-1000 words.

• What is the most creative way you have used digital media in school?
• What is the most inspirational clip/video you've seen on the web and how has it inspired you?
• Create an argument for/against DRM (digital rights management) and it's impact on the web.
