General Scholarship Information
The Interactive Marketing Scholarship is designed to encourage and promote creative marketing in relation to online business. A scholarship of $2,500 is awarded annually in August. VacationRoost is the industry leader for vacation rental homes, condos, hotels, and more at over 80 destinations from beach to ski. Their business success depends on online marketing and they are excited to offer this scholarship to the up-and-coming generation of online marketing professionals.
This scholarship is for students who are interested in creative marketing in relation to online business. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an original essay of 1000 words or less on the topic, "How internet marketing has changed the world of business." Although not mandatory, it is encouraged that applicants publish their article online. Applicants must also submit an essay outlining their career objectives in 500 words or less. Consideration will be given to those who show an understanding of the connection between publishing content and online marketing.
