This contest is for legal permanent residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are ages 16 through 21. To qualify, applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be enrolled as full-time students in an accredited secondary, college-level, or trade school. To apply, applicants must submit an original video between 25 and 55 seconds in length on one or more issues or topics relating to automobile safety.
