Center for Alcohol Policy Essay Contest

This contest is open to all persons over the age of 18. Students, academics, practicing attorneys, policymakers and members of the general public are encouraged to submit essays. To apply, applicants must submit an essay on the following topic: "This year marks the 80th anniversary of the 21st amendment(the amendment that repealed the prohibition of alcohol). Has it achieved its intended purpose?"

Deadline: December 5, 2013

Award: $1000-$5000
