Catina Rose Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for young adults between the ages of 17 and 25 who have been victims of crime or victim survivors of a crime. Applicants must be high school graduates or graduating high school seniors pursuing higher education whether through community college, state college, university, or trade school. Applicants must also be active in community service. Applicants must be US citizens and have no arrests or convictions.
