This scholarship is for legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years of age. To qualify, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited postsecondary academic institution in the United States. To apply, applicants must answer four personal, open-ended, and thought-provoking questions. The students whose responses are the most persuasive, compelling, and well-written will be considered finalists.
