Scholarship is open to students enrolled at the time of application as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university. Applicants enrolled in the transportation field will be given preference, but all applicants will be considered. Applicant must submit an application, essay about personal educational goals, and two letters of recommendation.
