Aspiring Writer Scholarship

Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens of African descent from any area of the diaspora who is a full-time freshman, sophomore or junior student at an any historically Black College or University (HBCU) in the United States. Applicant must submit a compelling essay of no more than 800 words on the following topic: The Power of the Written Word.

Amount: $1,000
