Goal One: Graduate!/Meta Numero Uno: Graduar! Poster Contest. The Metropolitan Education Commission (MEC) is proud to announce that the 21st Annual Goal One: Graduate!/Meta Numero Uno: Graduar! Poster Contest is underway! Below is a link to the 2016 contest, which outlines how elementary, middle and high school students can enter. The Poster theme should inspire and/or reflect your educational goal for continued higher education. One piece of artwork will be selected representing each of three educational levels. Entries can be mailed or dropped off at: Metropolitan Education Commission, 930 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85719
