Doggie DIY Scholarship

Chew toys make dogs more playful, which increases their chances of being adopted. Dogs just wanna have fun! Applicant must use the step-by-step instructions to make a toy and then drop it off at your local shelter. For each toy, the applicant will receive an entry for the scholarship.
