Fraser institute Student Essay Contest

Contest is open to high school, college and graduate students. The contest is open to Canadians and international students (including U.S. citizens). Applicants must submit an essay on the topic, “Small change – Big impact: Improving quality of life one policy change at a time.”

Award: Up to $1,500
