Gulen Institute Youth Platform Essay Contest
Gulen Institute
This contest is for high school students who are currently enrolled in 9th through 12th grade at a public or private school in the United States and from around the world. To apply, applicants must submit a research-based essay on a given topic about a global issue. The top 30 winners will receive awards ranging from $300 to $3,000 and a sponsored trip to Washington, DC. Students will have the opportunity to meet US Congress members, participate in discussions, visit local university and think tank organizations, and see tourist attractions.
