Liberty Power Bright Horizons Scholarship

The Bright Horizons Scholarship will award a total of $20,000 in the form of three scholarships valued at $10,000, $6,000, and $4,000. Students who are US citizens currently studying STEM at an accredited two or four-year university with an interest in the field of energy or the environment are welcome to apply. Solve the Mystery SMS Game Scholarship

Scholarship is open to students 25 years or younger. Student must solve a mystery on their phone by gathering clues with their friends. Student will sign up with their cell phone number and three of their friends’ cell phone numbers to play a SMS game about STEM. By playing, student receives an entry to win the scholarship.

APS Hopi Scholars Program

This scholarship is for American Indians who are enrolled members of the Hopi Tribe. To qualify, applicants must be high school graduates/GED recipients and be full-time sophomores, juniors, or seniors admitted to a regionally accredited college or university. Collegiate Inventors Competition

This competition is intended to encourage students to share their inventive ideas. To qualify, applicants must be enrolled or have been enrolled full-time in any US or Canadian college or university at least part of the 12-month period prior to the date the entry is submitted. In the case of a team (maximum of four students), at least one member of the team must meet the full-time eligibility criteria. The other team members must have been enrolled on a part-time basis (at a minimum) sometime during the 24-month period prior to the date the entry is submitted. The entry/invention must be the original idea and work product of a student or team of students with their university advisor and must not have been (1) made available to the public as a commercial product or process, (2) described in extensive detail in a publication more than one year prior to the date of submission, or (3) issued a patent more than one year prior to the date of submission. Non-US citizens are eligible as long as they meet the eligibility requirement of student enrollment in a US college or university. See website for complete guidelines and instructions.

Cognizant Making the Future Scholarship Program

This scholarship program is for students pursuing careers in a STEM field. To qualify, applicants must be eligible to enroll or be currently enrolled at a two- or four-year accredited college or university with a full course of undergraduate study or a vocational-technical school. Applicants must also have a minimum 2.5 GPA. This scholarship is design-based and to apply, applicants will be required to submit documentation of a hands-on project that illustrates creativity and innovation.
