Automotive Hall of Fame Scholarships

This scholarship is for students who have a sincere interest in an automotive career. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted into an associate's, bachelor's, or maters's program at an accredited college, university, or trade school within the United States at the time of application. Students attending a technical training school may also apply (trade school should equal a two-year associate's program). Applicants must be enrolled full-time, have a 3.0 GPA or higher, and be US citizens or be in the United States on a Student Visa. All of the scholarships are based on financial need and the GPA requirement.

Award: $200-$2000

Teens Drive Smart Video Contest

This contest is for legal permanent residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are ages 16 through 21. To qualify, applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be enrolled as full-time students in an accredited secondary, college-level, or trade school. To apply, applicants must submit an original video about safe driving.

Award: $2,500-$20,000

Bruce Lee Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship is for students who are 16 years of age or older and who will be attending or are already attending a two-year college, four-year university, or licensed trade or vocational school in the United States. Criteria used in evaluating applicants include, but is not limited to, involvement in extra-curricular activities/community service/work experience, future potential, and knowledge of Bruce Lee.

Award: $1000

IAPMO Scholarship Essay Contest

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)

This scholarship is for current high school seniors and students enrolled or accepted as full-time students in an accredited technical school, community college, trade school, four-year accredited college or university, or an apprentice program. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an essay of 800 to 1600 words on the following topic: "How is the planet's energy future tied to the innovation and skill of the plumbing and mechanical industry?"

Award: $500-$1000

Deadline: May 1, 2014
