AFA Teens for Alzheimer's Awareness College Scholarship

This scholarship is for students who are currently enrolled in a public, independent, parochial, military, homeschool, or other high school in the United States (if not currently enrolled, please explain extenuating circumstances). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enter an accredited four-year college or university within 12 months of the scholarship deadline. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents. To apply, applicants must write an autobiographical essay related to Alzheimer's disease.

Award: $500-$5000
