YoungArts Program
Program is open to young artists in grades 10-12 or ages 15-18 with talent in cinematic arts, dance, design arts, jazz, music, photography, theater, visual arts, voice, and writing. There is a $35 application fee, but fee waivers are available to qualified applicants.

Young Patriots Essay Contest
This contest is for high school students. To qualify, applicants must submit an essay on the topic, "According to the four required readings, what policy changes should the government pursue in order to best foster economic prosperity?”
The Young Patriots Essay Contest is designed to challenge high school students to creatively solve problems in the realm of public policy through the art of writing. They assign a controversial topic each year and only THREE winners are chosen out of hundreds of essay submissions.

Letters About Literature Competition
This competition is for students in grades 4 through 12 and home-schooled students at equivalent grade levels. To qualify, applicants must be at least 9 years of age and legal US residents. To apply, applicants must write and submit a letter addressed to the author of a book of their choice. Applicants should address how the author's work--novel, nonfiction, poetry--changed their view of the world or themselves.
