MillerCoors Engineering and Science Scholarship

This scholarship is for incoming college juniors and seniors who are of Hispanic descent. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a degree in biochemistry, computer science, or engineering (among engineering majors, preference will be given to electrical and mechanical engineering majors). Applicants must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA, maintain full-time enrollment, and be US citizens or legal permanent residents.

Award: $3000

Curtis E. Huntington Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for college seniors who are actuarial science majors. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have successfully completed at least one actuarial examination, have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, be enrolled full-time, and be nominated by a professor.

Award: $2,000

National American Woman's Society of Certified Public Accountants Scholarship

This scholarship is for those aspiring to become Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). The recipient of this scholarship will receive the complete Becker CPA Review Course (a $3,065 value). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the minimum education requirements to sit for the CPA exam. Applicants must be accounting majors and seniors, 5th-year students, graduate students, or graduates, and are eligible to take a review course within one year of scholarship awarding. Applicants must provide transcripts and an essay, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and be US citizens or permanent residents. Needs and scholastic aptitude will be considered.

Award: $3065

Jack G. Shaheen Mass Communications Scholarship

This scholarship is for Arab-American students who are college juniors, college seniors, or graduate students. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be majoring in mass communications, journalism, radio, television, and/or film. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, and be US citizens of Arab heritage.

Media Fellows Program

This scholarship is for rising college juniors and seniors in good academic standing. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full-time, degree seeking students whose major or minor prepares them for a career in strategic public policy, advertising research, management, planning, and buying. These include, but are not limited to, mass communications, journalism, marketing (business or mass communications), and political science. Applicants must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA in their major concentration. Graduate students are not eligible to enter the Media Fellows Program.

Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans

This fellowship is for new Americans or children of new Americans. Each fellowship supports up to two years of graduate study in any field and in any advanced degree-granting program in the United States. To qualify for this fellowship, applicants must be green card holders, naturalized citizens, or children of a parent who is a naturalized citizen as of the application date (other parent cannot be a US-born citizen). Applicants must be college seniors or graduate students.

Richard E. Merwin Student Scholarship

This scholarship is for members of the IEEE Computer Society. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be college juniors, college seniors, or graduate students who are electrical engineering majors, computer engineering majors, or computer science majors. Applicants must be attending college full-time and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
