AZ Earn to Learn $4000

The Earn to Learn Program is available for those starting college in 2016 or 2017 (currently high school juniors or seniors or community college students).

Earn to Learn is a partnership with Arizona’s three state universities (Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and University of Arizona) and utilizes federal and university funding.

Award: $4000

Deadline: Complete the Application Process today! Space is limited and awarded on a first come first serve basis.

NAU Lumberjack Scholars Award

Graduating seniors who have completed Northern Arizona University's 16 required college preparatory courses by graduation with a "B" or better in each course, AND earn a minimum GPA of 3.50 in the university's 16 required college preparatory courses on an unweighted 4.00 scale and presents no grade lower than a B in any of these 16 college preparatory courses. No minimum ACT/SAT score requirements.

Award: $9,000 (applicable to tuition only) for up to 4 years.

Deadline: Admission and FASFA Deadline March 1, 2014

Flinn Merit Scholarship for Arizona Students

Eligibility: High School Seniors graduating before July 2014, U.S. citizen and an Arizona resident, earn 1300 cumulative score on SAT Math and Reading or a 29 cumulative on the ACT, have a 3.5 or better GPA, rank in the top 5% of the class, and exhibit substantive extracurricular involvement and demonstrate leadership.

Requirements: Complete on line application including two teacher recommendations.

Award: Tuition, room and board, and fees for four years at UA/ASU/NAU--plus a study abroad program.

Earn $4,000 for Tuition and College Related Expenses!


Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona – in partnership with the Arizona-based non-profit organization Live the Solution -  are launching “AZ Earn to Learn,” an innovative need-based financial aid program that pairs $3.1 million in scholarships with more than 700 students from low-income families. Participation in AZ Earn to Learn includes a savings plan and completion of financial literacy and college readiness training. If students save $500, they will get an 8 to 1 match on their savings – a total of $4,000, plus their savings for a total of $4500!
